中目黒にお店があった頃から大好きだったので、代官山に新しくオープンしてくれたことを本当に嬉しく思っています。 こちらのタッカンマリは、本場の良さを大切にしながらも色々な具材が入っていて、何度いただいても飽きない美味しさです。 スープにはコラーゲンがたっぷりと溶け込んでいて、体に染み渡るような贅沢な味わいを楽しめます。 麻辣火鍋は結構しっかりとした辛さがあるので、辛いものがお好きな方にはおすすめですが、個人的には鶏白湯をベースにして豆板醤を少しずつ付けていただくのが、お肉の甘みも引き立って一番のお気に入りです。 また、わんちゃんを連れて店内に入れるのも、飼い主としてはとても心強いポイントです。 わんちゃん用のメニューも用意されていますし、一人550円の個室料で個室も利用できるので、周囲に気兼ねなくゆっくり過ごしたい時にもぴったりだと思います。 美味しいお料理と丁寧なルール作りがされている、これからも大切に通いたい素敵なお店です。
