Management of Login Information

Users shall appropriately manage their own login information at their own responsibility.
Under no circumstances may users transfer, lend, or share their login information with any third party.
We assume no responsibility for any damages caused by the use of login information by a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Use of Content

We grant users a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use text, images, videos, audio, music, software, programs, codes, and other content provided by this service for private use within the scope of using this service.
For paid content, the right for private use within the scope of this service is granted upon completion of the payment of the usage fees specified by us.
This is a non-exclusive right of use that cannot be transferred or sublicensed.
Any use of the content provided by this service beyond this scope is strictly prohibited. Users agree in advance that if they lose the right to use this service for any reason, they will no longer be able to use any content of this service.

Points

We may issue our own or this service's proprietary points.
Details in this case shall be separately stipulated within this service or at other locations designated by us.

Virtual Currency

We may issue our own or this service's proprietary virtual currency (hereinafter referred to as "Virtual Currency").

Late Payment Damages

Users who delay the payment of monetary obligations to us shall pay late payment damages at a rate of 14.6% per annum.

User Submissions

Users represent and warrant to us that they have the legal right to submit the information contained in their user submissions, and that user submissions do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, design rights [including the right to acquire such rights or apply for registration thereof], ideas, know-how, etc.; the same shall apply hereinafter), ownership rights, or any other rights.

Copyrights regarding user submissions shall be retained by the users themselves.
We shall not acquire any copyrights regarding user submissions.
However, to the extent necessary for the provision, maintenance, improvement, or promotion of this service, we may reproduce, adapt, automatically publicly transmit, and make transmissible as necessary user submissions free of charge, indefinitely, and worldwide.
In this case, users shall not exercise their moral rights against us or any person who succeeds to or is licensed rights from us.

Users must back up their submissions at their own responsibility.
We assume no obligation to back up user submissions.

Users must not submit information that falls under any of the following categories:

• Information that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of us or third parties
• Information including personal information that can identify a user (excluding cases requested by us such as when necessary for user registration, or other cases approved by us)
• Information containing obscene expressions
• Information intended for encounters or obscene acts with unfamiliar third parties, regardless of opposite sex or same sex
• Expressions that induce, invite, or encourage suicide or self-harming behavior
• Information concerning the buying and selling of drugs and dangerous drugs, or expressions that encourage the inappropriate use of drugs and dangerous drugs
• Information concerning religious acts, religious organizations, political activities, or the promotion or advertising of political organizations
• Information concerning network business-related solicitations and the like
• Text equivalent to junk mail or spam mail
• Information that may have a negative impact on minors
• Cruel expressions or other expressions that may make others feel uncomfortable
• Information containing malicious programs such as computer viruses
• Other information deemed inappropriate by us
• Malicious submissions
• Defamation or information leading to personal identification
• Misleading expressions or radical phrasing

Display of Advertisements

Prohibited Matters

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service:

• Acts that violate laws, court judgments, rulings, or orders, or legally binding administrative measures, or acts that encourage them
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe upon our or third parties' intellectual property rights
• Acts that infringe upon our or third parties' portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests
• Acts that place an excessive load on our or third parties' servers or networks, or interfere with their normal operation
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempting to do so
• Acts of analyzing the source code of this service through disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering, etc.
• Acts of unauthorized access to systems connected to this service without authority, or unauthorized rewriting or deletion of information accumulated in our facilities
• Acts of copying, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying the website or software of this service
• Acts of lending, transferring, buying and selling, etc., accounts or content on this service to third parties for a fee
• Acts of commercially utilizing information obtained through this service
• Acts aimed at making a profit in connection with this service by methods not intended by us
• Promotion, advertising, solicitation, or business activities on this service not permitted by us
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts of using this service for illegal, fraudulent, or unjust purposes
• Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts of using other users' accounts
• Acts aimed at meeting unfamiliar members of the opposite sex
• Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces
• Acts that violate public order and morals
• Acts of using this service while walking, driving a vehicle, or in other situations or manners where the use of this service is inappropriate
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Elimination of Antisocial Forces

Users represent and warrant that they do not fall under any of the following items, and will not fall under them in the future:

• Being themselves (including officers in the case of corporations or other organizations) a boryokudan (organized crime group), a boryokudan member, a person who has not passed 5 years since ceasing to be a boryokudan member, a boryokudan quasi-member, a boryokudan-affiliated company, a sokaiya (corporate extortionist), a social movement racketeering group, a special intelligence violent group, or any other equivalent person (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Boryokudan Members, etc.")
• Having a relationship in which Boryokudan Members, etc., are recognized to control the management in cases where the user is a corporation or other organization
• Having a relationship in which Boryokudan Members, etc., are recognized to be substantially involved in management in cases where the user is a corporation or other organization
• Having a relationship in which Boryokudan Members, etc., are utilized, such as conducting transactions for the purpose of aiming for inappropriate profits for oneself or a third party or aiming to inflict damage on a third party
• Having a relationship in which involvement is recognized, such as providing funds or convenience to Boryokudan Members, etc.
• Having a socially condemnable relationship between officers or persons substantially involved in management and Boryokudan Members, etc., in cases where the user is a corporation or other organization

Users warrant that they will not engage in any of the following acts themselves or using third parties:

• Violent demands
• Unjust demands exceeding legal responsibility
• Acts of using threatening words or deeds or violence in connection with transactions
• Acts of spreading rumors, using fraudulent means, or using force to damage our credit or obstruct our business
• Other acts equivalent to each of the preceding items

Restriction of Use

If a user falls under any of the following, we may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of this service by the user or delete their registration as a user.
We assume no responsibility for any damage incurred by the user due to actions taken by us pursuant to this Article.

• If any clause of the Terms is violated
• If it is found that there are false facts in the registered matters
• If there is a default on monetary obligations
• If there is no response to our communications after a reasonable period has passed
• If this service has not been used for a considerable period from the last use date
• If we determine that the user is an antisocial force, etc., or has some interaction or involvement with antisocial forces, etc.
• Other cases where we deem the use of this service to be inappropriate

Suspension of Provision of This Service

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following grounds exist.
We assume no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties in this case.

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to this service
• When the provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, natural disasters, or the spread of viruses
• When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
• Other cases where we deem the provision of this service to be difficult

Withdrawal

Users can delete their user registration and withdraw from this service by following the procedures specified by us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that this service and the content provided by this service are free from system bugs or third-party rights infringements.
In addition, we do not guarantee safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Disclaimer

We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by users regarding this service.
However, if the contract between us and the user regarding this service (including the Terms) constitutes a consumer contract stipulated in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer provision shall not apply. Even in the case of a consumer contract, we shall be liable for compensation only for direct and actual damages incurred by the user due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence), and such compensation shall be capped at the lower of the most recent one-month usage fee for this service or 10,000 yen.

Changes to Service Content

We may change the content of this service, or suspend or terminate the provision of this service, without notifying users.
We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by users due to this.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may change the Terms at any time without notifying users.
The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on our website.
Users who continue to use this service after the change of the Terms shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Handling of Personal Information

Personal information of users acquired through the use of this service shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Notice or Communication

Notices or communications between users and us shall be made by methods specified by us.
Unless a user submits a change notification in accordance with the method separately specified by us, we shall assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and send notices or communications to such contact information, and these shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

Users may not transfer or provide as collateral their status under the usage contract or rights or obligations based on the Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

Business Transfer

If we transfer the business related to this service to another company (including business transfer, company split, and any other case where business is transferred), we may transfer the status under the usage contract, rights and obligations based on the Terms, and user information to the transferee of the business transfer along with the business transfer.
Users are deemed to have agreed to such transfer in advance.

Application Relationship

The Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this service between users and us. In addition to the Terms, we may establish rules for use regarding this service.
These rules shall constitute part of the Terms regardless of their name.
If the Terms conflict with these rules, these rules shall take precedence.

Severability

Even if any provision of the Terms or a part thereof is judged to be invalid or unenforceable, such judgment shall not affect other parts, and the remaining parts of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of the Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

Use of AI Features

This service provides AI-powered consultation and response, photo analysis, voice transcription, translation, and search features. By using these features, you agree to the following items:

1. Answers and analysis results generated by AI are general reference information and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, medication, appraisal, or advice by veterinarians, doctors, pharmacists, tax accountants, or other qualified professionals. For decisions regarding your dog's health, diet, medication, or diseases, please be sure to consult a veterinarian.

2. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, up-to-dateness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content generated by AI. AI may generate content that differs from facts.

3. Content entered when using AI features will be sent to the generative AI service used by us after undergoing automated personal information masking processing. Details of the destination and information sent are described in the Privacy Policy and the External Transmission Program List.

4. We assume no responsibility for the results of judgments and actions taken by users based on content generated by AI.

5. We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the AI features without prior notice.

Handling of Review Submissions

Reviews submitted by users (including ratings, body text, attached photos, and time of store visit) will be published on store pages and used as follows within the scope of the license of use in the preceding article:

1. We may convert submitted reviews into a machine-readable format, and accumulate and use them as knowledge data for improving the accuracy of information search within this service and generating responses by AI.

2. In accumulating the above, we shall not include information identifying the submitter in the data.

3. We will not provide or sell the knowledge data itself referred to in item 1 to third parties. Statistical information provided to third parties will be limited to aggregated values that cannot identify individuals.

4. If you wish to withdraw a submission, please contact us via the inquiry form. Withdrawn submissions will also be sequentially excluded from the knowledge data in item 1.
