  Conditions for Continuous Contracts

  • Paid plans operate on a monthly automatic renewal system. Unless you complete cancellation procedures, the plan will automatically renew on the same day every month.

  • There is no minimum contract period, and continuous contracts for 2 or more terms are not required. Cancellation after only the initial contract period is also possible.

  • The cancellation method and handling after cancellation are as described in "Returns, Cancellations, and Mid-Term Cancellations."

  Application Validity Period

  There is no expiration date for applications. The contract is established upon completion of the application procedure and payment settlement.

  Service Provision Timing

  Available immediately after payment completion.

  Returns, Cancellations, and Mid-Term Cancellations

  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and services, returns and refunds after payment completion are generally not accepted.

  • Cancellations: Cancellation procedures can be completed at any time from your My Page.
    You can continue to use the service until the day before the next renewal date even after completing cancellation procedures.
    No pro-rata refunds will be issued.
