Located a 3-minute walk from Hiyoshi Station on Hiyoshi Mail Road, this restaurant is marked by a red tiger.
Dogs allowed on the terrace! The terrace is covered and has vinyl curtains, with fans available in summer and heaters in winter.
At the restaurant, you can enjoy dishes made with fresh fish air-shipped daily from Nagasaki.
We also focus on meat dishes, and our specialty 'Yodare Chicken' (Sichuan-style poached chicken) boasts exquisite moist texture and sauce.
Our proud low-temperature cooked meat sashimi is also very popular.
We are particular about vegetables too, and you can enjoy dishes made with fresh, locally sourced vegetables.
The restaurant offers several dishes with spectacular performances, such as meat sushi made by searing the meat with a burner right in front of you, which are perfect for social media videos.
We also have many other proud original dishes.
For drinks, we offer a wide variety including carefully selected local sake and shochu, original sours, and Hiyoshi's biggest?! famous 'Champion Jug'.

どの料理もクオリティが高く美味しいと非常に評判が良いお店です。ペット可のテラス席は1卓のみですが、ヒーターやビニールカーテンがあり快適に過ごせると好評です。

スタッフさんの皆さんは若い方のに、料理のクオリティはベテラン！どの料理も美味しくて当たり！ 魚介が売りのようですが、肉料理も美味しく特に羊肉のメンチカツは、口に入れた瞬間にジューシーで旨みたっぷりで感動しました。 この日少し肌寒かったのですが、テラスはペット可でヒーターとビニールカーテンもあるので、そこまで寒さを感じずに過ごすことができました！

オープンしてすぐに行きましたが、店内は7割程埋まっており、1時間もしたら満席に。 人気店かつ、ワンコOKのテラス席は1テーブルだけなので予約をおすすめします。 料理は、どれも美味しく、一品逸品が丁寧に仕込みされています。 お店の人も気さくで話しやすく、楽しくすごせました。

何食べても美味しかった。店内は満席でしたが料理の提供も早かった。店員さんも皆イケメン。 お店は、全席喫煙可ですがペット可のテラス席は1卓で分煙できるので副流煙の心配がなくラッキーでした。

新鮮なお刺身や色々美味しい創作料理が、味わえてとても楽しました！ なかでもリブロースの肉寿司はその場で炙ってくれて見ても味でも楽しめてとてもオススメです！ すべての料理が、美味しかったのでとてもオススメです！
