Specialty! 'Overflowing Kuroge Wagyu Kalbi'! Enjoy four different cuts from a single, generously sized 250g rib roast.
It's so large it overflows from the grill.
As it's a rare cut, quantities are limited and reservations are essential for this menu item.

Another specialty! 'Overflowing Harami'! Grill a large 150g mega harami, generously marinated in homemade sweet and spicy sauce.

Another recommendation is the 'Special Thick-Cut Tongue.' While tongue is usually delivered frozen, this one is 'fresh tongue'.
Also, while 'tongue' generally refers to the 'tip of the tongue,' this restaurant uses the 'base of the tongue'.
The base of the tongue moves less, so it has less muscle, is softer, fattier, and has a juicier flavor compared to other parts.
Since only a very small amount can be taken from one cow, it is considered a rare, highest-grade cut and is a dish that is hard to come by.

Two types of special homemade sauces are available for the meat: 'Secret Sauce' and 'Futago's Specialty Ponzu Sauce'.

Since the meat is fresh, 'niku-sashi' (meat sashimi) is also available, characterized by its melting tenderness and rich umami.

The exquisite soup, made by simmering 8 ingredients for 8 hours, is light yet rich in flavor.
To ensure the delicious soup doesn't get diluted, a sherbet made from the secret soup is also included.

Another recommended finishing dish is 'Omuni's Homemade Oxtail Soup'.
While oxtail soup is typically salt-based, this one is soy sauce-based.
The rich oxtail meat is carefully shredded for easy eating, combined with bracken, and simmered in the soup for a heartwarming, loving flavor.
Add special nira-munchi (chives) if you like for a spicy kick and a second layer of enjoyment.
