This restaurant is located a 10-minute walk from Saginuma Station, down a steep hill in a residential area, and along a tree-lined street past National Route 246.

Dogs are welcome inside! The interior is very stylish, with a wonderful space adorned with colorful tiles laid everywhere, including the floor.

At the restaurant, you can enjoy dishes packed with fresh, pesticide-free vegetables directly from Kanagawa Prefecture, made with carefully selected safe ingredients such as domestic sun-dried salt and organic spices.
The vegetables, including leaves and skins, are used whole without waste, offering a menu that conveys the original deliciousness of the ingredients.
Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

The very popular 'Special Curry' is exquisite, made with a homemade curry powder blended with carefully selected spices and plenty of seasonal vegetables.
The rice used for the curry is freshly milled brown rice directly from a farmer in Miyagi, cooked in an earthenware pot.
Also, you can choose between sprouted brown rice and white rice.

The famous 'Pasta full of vegetables' is, as the name suggests, a dish where the pasta is hidden under an abundance of seasonal vegetables, enjoyable for both the eyes and the taste buds.
You can choose between regular pasta and whole wheat pasta. Whole wheat pasta is characterized by a rich wheat aroma that becomes more pronounced with each bite, enhancing its umami flavor.
For pasta, you can choose 'Large Portion' for +200 yen, and 'Extra Vegetables' for +300 yen.

The recommended 'Seasonal Vegetable Pizza' features a chewy pizza dough made by hand-kneading domestic wheat with homemade yeast.
The sauces are also homemade, and you can choose between a special vegetable miso mayo sauce and a tomato sauce made with freshly picked tomatoes.
You can also enjoy both flavors with a half & half option! When you eat the pizza, sprinkling freshly ground sansho pepper spreads a rich aroma and umami in your mouth, making it irresistible.
For pizza, you can also choose 'Extra Cheese' or 'Extra Vegetables' for +200 yen each.
