Our Commitment
"Kugenuma Gyoza," crafted by artisans from a long-established noodle factory with over 100 years of history, boasts special crispy yet chewy wrappers that leverage their noodle-making expertise.
The filling is kneaded with Japanese dashi broth made from Hokkaido-produced true kelp and bonito, allowing the natural umami of the ingredients to spread throughout your mouth even without sauce.
Made with no additives and carefully selected domestic ingredients, packed with vegetables for a healthy finish, its "body-friendly taste" is its greatest charm, loved by all generations.

製麺所のこだわり餃子と温かいおもてなしに感動しました
鵠沼海岸駅の近くにある、製麺所さんが営む餃子屋さんへお邪魔してきました。こちらは基本テイクアウトがメインのお店なのですが、スタッフさんの気配りが本当に素敵で心がほっこりしました。 種類が豊富で少し迷ってしまいましたが、今回は定番の「出汁餃子」と「まぜそば」をいただきました。 お出汁の優しいお味がしっかりと感じられて、想像していた以上に美味しくて感動してしまいます。 専用のドッグメニューこそありませんが、お店の方ご自身もワンちゃんを飼っていらっしゃるほどの犬好きさんで、うちのコにもとっても優しく声をかけてくださいました。 犬連れのお出かけは周りに気を遣うことも多いですが、こんなふうに温かく迎えていただけると本当に安心しますし、嬉しいですよね。 愛犬と一緒に美味しいものを楽しみたい方に、ぜひおすすめしたい心温まるお店です。
