The keema curry, very popular at lunchtime, is a cut above other restaurants.
The secret lies in the aromatic original spice blend specially prepared for us by "Anan-tei," a hidden gem of a restaurant in Gokurakuji.
With one bite, the deep aroma of spices fills your mouth.
Furthermore, fresh domestic pork shoulder loin sourced from a local livestock store is carefully coarsely ground in-house, preserving the meat's original umami and satisfying texture.
It's a superb dish where the rich aroma of spices and the chunky texture of pork create a delightful harmony.
And, happily, the curry also comes with a fresh green salad.
